產品概述
ATP3330和ATP5330是奧譜天成新開發的一款超薄、制冷型、超高分辨率微型光譜儀,ATP3330和ATP5330是基于奧譜天成自主研發的M型光路結構,具有非凡的超高分辨率;同時,它采用制冷的2048或4096像素線陣探測器,達到了的超高分辨率,分辨率可達0.05nm,適用于各種高分辨率應用場合,同時具備高可靠性、超高速、低成本、高性價比等特性,可適應在線測試等各種環境用途的微型光譜儀。
ATP3330為非制冷的,ATP5330則采用TEC電制冷,制冷溫度-5℃,大大降低了光譜儀的暗電流和噪聲,提高了光譜儀的動態范圍和信噪比,同時提高了光譜儀的環境適應性。ATP5330P則采用制冷背照式CCD,信噪比更優。
ATP3330和ATP5330可接收SMA905光纖輸入光或者自由空間光,通過USB2.0或者UART端口,輸出測量所得的光譜數據。
ATP3330只需要一個5V直流電源供電或直接從USB接口取電,非常便于集成使用。ATP5330則需要額外的5V電源。
